House accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms.
Normal rental period is from Saturday to Saturday.
November 1 to July 31    $ 3,500/week
August 1 to October 31    $ 3,000/week

Special pricing available for last minute bookings (based on availability).
50% Required to hold rental. Deposits will not be returned if rental is canceled less than 30 days before scheduled day if rental period is not subsequently filled.

Note: Returning clients are given first choice of bookings. Your request for a previously booked date will be checked for "first refusal" by the returning client.
