Rates

The Big House accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms.
Year Round    $ 3,500/week

The Small House accommodates 2 guests in 1 bedroom.

Year Round    $ 1,800/week

The houses are rented separately, but can be combined if schedules permit.

Normal rental period is from Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 3pm. Check out time is 11am.
Government Room Tax of 10% will be added to the rental rate quoted.

Special pricing available for last minute bookings (based on availability).
50% Required to hold rental. Deposits will not be returned if rental is canceled less than 30 days before scheduled day if rental period is not subsequently filled.
